Package Policies
In order to maintain a standing appointment for Privates and Classes, clients must have a current package on file.
Single sessions and Series of 5 sessions Expire 30 days from purchase.
Series of 10 sessions Expire 60 days from purchase.
Please be sure that you can commit to an exercise program before purchasing any package.
In honor of your time and ours Lone Star Pilates requires 24 hour advance notice for all cancelled sessions, including reservations for private lessons and all classes. If notice is not received within 24 hours, you will be held responsible for the full fee of the missed session. Each client receives 2 free cancellations per year when a cancellation takes place within the 24 hour time period. LSP will be responsible for keeping track of those cancellations.
LSP accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Studio Policies

Studio Etiquette
• Please arrive on time
• Please turn all cell phones OFF upon arrival to the studio
• Please be courteous of classes and privates already in progress upon entering the space
• Please be sure to wipe down all equipment after use
• Please wear bare feet or toe socks during classes or sessions
• Please return all small equipment to it’s appropriate placement within the studio
