Our Studio

Located in North San Antonio inside Loop 1604, between Blanco and Stone Oak, Ventura Plaza is home to Lone Star Pilates. Our second floor space affords a relaxing view of treetops and beautiful skies. We invite our clients to come in and leave the cares of the world at the door.

Lone Star Pilates teachers and staff are devoted to personal excellence. Our studio is equipped with full complement of pilates equipment, including Ron Fletcher Reformers, a Trap Table (Cadillac), Combination Chairs, Spine Correctors, Ped-i-pulls, and a Ballet Barre. We also have Pilates mats, Fletcher Towels, and Magic Circles.

Whether you are looking for a one-on-one session with a teacher or a group experience with other clients, our fun and supportive, non-competitive atmosphere will give you the ability to concentrate and accomplish a physical and mental sense of wellbeing.

Fletcher Pilates

Lone Star Pilates teaches the work developed by Master Teacher Ron Fletcher. In addition to covering the complete Pilates syllabus - Ron Fletcher has evolved several innovative techniques to support further understanding of the original Pilates method. They include: Fletcher Percussive Breathing, Fletcher Standing and Centering, Fletcher Towelwork, Fletcher Floorwork, and unique pieces of movement on the full range of Pilates equipment.
